If you are producing water-based architectural paints, standard motors are sufficient. However, if you are producing solvent-based paints (like automotive or wood varnishes), you absolutely must request our certified explosion-proof motor and control configurations.
For standard low-tier wall paints with low fineness requirements, a high-speed disperser might be sufficient. However, for high-gloss, premium paints, the disperser must be used as a "pre-mixer" followed by a bead mill for final micro-grinding.
