The standard ZLWS/ZLWD series horizontal bead mill is optimized for low to medium viscosities. If you are processing heavy, high-viscosity pastes, we recommend our specialized ZLWG series.
We highly recommend using high-density Yttrium-stabilized Zirconia beads (typically 0.5mm to 2.0mm in diameter) for optimal grinding efficiency and minimal wear.
