Product Description

The ZLWG horizontal bead mill utilizes pin-type slit grinding technology for high-viscosity pastes (e.g. offset, let-terpress, gravure, stencil inks). The tapered chamber ensures efficient processing of viscous materials, while slit grinding provides intensive shearing with minimal material loss. Dual cooling on rotor and stator controls tem-perature rise, 1.2-2.5mm grinding media achieve submicron fineness, and 6000G magnetic filtration eliminates metal contaminants.

Processing medium-to-high viscosity slurries—such as offset inks, thick adhesives, or battery pastes—in a standard high-speed horizontal bead mill is a recipe for disaster. The intense friction causes immediate temperature spikes, and the motor will quickly stall or burn out under the immense physical resistance.

The ZLWG Series is a fundamentally different beast. It is engineered with oversized motors (up to 75kW) but geared down to operate at low speeds (270 to 500 rpm).
